A workspace is your organisational hub inside Vumu — it groups together leads, videos, campaigns, and team members so a single Vumu account can keep multiple clients or business units cleanly separated.
11.1 Switching between workspaces
Click the workspace switcher at the very top of the left sidebar (the card showing the workspace name and plan).
A dropdown opens listing every workspace you belong to. The current workspace has a purple check mark next to it.
Click any other workspace to switch into it. The sidebar, leads, videos, and campaigns all swap to that workspace.
11.2 Creating additional workspaces
Whether you can create more than one workspace depends on your plan. The example workspace (Vumu FE) allows "Create 1 workspaces". If you need more, upgrade from Settings » Billing & plans.
Pro tip:
Use one workspace per client or business unit. Workspaces keep CRMs, lead lists, and email accounts cleanly separated so client A never sees client B.
