Error "Invalid credentials" appears under the password box. Verify the email, retype the password, or use "Forgot password?".
Landing on a 404 page
If you mistype a URL (for example, an old link), Vumu shows a friendly 404 with a "Back to home" button. Click it to return to the dashboard.
Generate Clip is greyed out
You are missing one of the four required steps: presenter, voice, script, or video name. Scroll up the form to find the empty step.
Email account keeps disconnecting
Provider security changed (new MFA, password rotation, app password revoked). Reconnect from Studio » Email Accounts.
Campaign sits in Draft
The campaign is missing a lead list, a sending email account, or an enabled step. Open the editor and complete the highlighted blocks.
