Connecting your social media accounts to Creasquare helps you save time managing your social media. Instead of signing in to each social network individually, you can manage all of them in one place, and it’s on Creasquare!

Each Creasquare plan type lets you add a different number of social accounts. If you reach your plan limit when adding a social media account, you can remove an account to make room, or upgrade your plan.

Some social media networks provide the possibility to have access to multiple account types, like your personal profile, Pages, Groups or Business accounts. Social networks we work with have set limitations to social media management tools. As a result, not all accounts are supported.

Supported social networks and account types

Note : Facebook gray accounts are not supported in Creasquare. Gray accounts are an old type of account used to manage a Facebook Page without a personal Facebook account. Those types of accounts have been canceled by Facebook*.*

Supported social networks post types

Each social network has its own video requirements, such as file size, aspect ratio, frame rate, format etc. When you publish a video directly on a social network, that network sometimes automatically optimizes the video to fit its own requirements.

Creasquare’s powerful tool takes care of the video format and adapts it to each social media. You will need to make sure that your videos meet all other requirements before uploading them to your post scheduler.

Note: Creasquare's adjustments can sometimes have a minor effect on videos. To preview your video before posting, you can schedule it and view it in the post scheduler.
