🚀 Managing leads & lead lists

Leads are the prospects you will send personalized videos to. They live under Studio » Leads. The page splits into two areas: a left rail of lists (with "All Leads" and any custom lists you create), and a main table of leads on the right. Across the top you have an Import CSV button and a Create List button.

5.1 Creating a lead list (happy path)

  1. Click "+ Create List" at the top-right (or "+ New List" in the left rail).

  2. The "Create new list" dialog opens.

  3. Enter a descriptive name in "List name" (e.g., Hot Prospects Q1).

  4. Click "Create List".

  5. The new list appears in the left rail and becomes the active list, ready for leads.

Pro tip: Create one list per campaign or persona. Smaller, well-segmented lists usually produce higher reply rates than one giant master list.
