Once you have installed the script, you are ready to proceed with the Identify feature. If you haven't done so yet, please refer to our installation guide or troubleshooting section if your last verification was over a day ago or if there have been no recent tracked leads.
To view the companies visiting your website, you will be presented with a list of their domain names. Additionally, we will provide further details, including company behavior, firmographic data, and personalized tags that you can add manually.
Time Range and CSV File:
By default, Leadscrush displays the companies that have visited your website within the last 7 days. You can modify this time frame by clicking on the 'Last 7 days' box and selecting from the available options, including a custom range.
If you wish to export this data from Leadscrush, you can download a CSV file containing either company information or contact details. The file will be sent directly to the email address associated with your Leadscrush account, so please check your spam folder if you do not see it in your inbox.
Filters and Segments:
To filter your leads, you will find a selection of filters available on the left-hand side. After applying your desired filters, you have the option to save this configuration as a segment. Simply scroll to the bottom and click on "Save Smart View." Enter a custom name, and your segment will be saved for easy access at the top.
Firmographic Data, Visits, and Contact Details:
Upon clicking a domain name, you will be presented with information that includes firmographic data, visit statistics, and contact details, displayed as follows:
You can click on the domain name which will take you to the website. All of the firmographic data shown is scrapped from the web.
Scrolling down, the visits tab will be shown first -
