How to Upload Bulk Contacts in Vumu

Step-by-Step Guide:

Access the Dashboard

• Log in to your Vumu account.
• From the dashboard, navigate to the left panel and click on the Contacts icon.

• Once you're on the Contacts page, look for the Add Contacts button.

• Click the arrow next to it, and a dropdown menu will appear.

• Select the Bulk Import option from the menu.

  

• A modal popup will appear on your screen, prompting you to upload your CSV file

• Once your CSV file is ready, Upload your contacts by through this CSV.

How you will Create Your CSV File

If you haven't created the CSV file yet, you can download a sample file directly from this modal. Look for the Download .csv sample file link and use it as a reference to format your contacts list correctly. Ensure that your CSV file matches the pattern provided in the sample file.
