Vumu sends campaign mail through your own inbox so deliverability stays high and replies land back in your inbox. Manage all your connections from Studio » Email Accounts.
9.1 Connect a new account (happy path)
Click "+ Connect Account" at the top-right (or the button in the empty state).
The "Connect Email Account" dialog opens with three options: Connect with Google (Gmail and Workspace), Connect with Microsoft (Outlook / M365), or Connect via SMTP (any other provider).
Click the provider that matches your inbox.
9.2 Google or Microsoft (OAuth)
If you pick Google or Microsoft, Vumu opens a secure OAuth popup. Sign in to the provider in that popup and grant Vumu permission to send mail and read replies. When the popup closes, the account appears in your Email Accounts list as Connected.
Important: OAuth tokens occasionally expire (for example, after a password change). If the inbox shows a yellow "Needs reconnect" badge, click it and walk through the OAuth flow again.
9.3 SMTP / IMAP (manual)
If you click "Connect via SMTP", Vumu shows a manual configuration form titled "SMTP / IMAP Configuration — Enter your email server credentials".
