🚀 Building & running campaigns

A campaign is a multi-step email sequence with a personalized Vumu video at each touch. Campaigns live in Studio » Campaigns. The page tab strip filters by status: All / Active / Paused / Draft.

7.1 Creating a campaign (happy path)

1. Click "+ New Campaign" at the top-right.

2. The "Create New Campaign" dialog opens.

3. Enter a name (e.g., Q2 SaaS Founder Outreach) and click "Create Campaign".

4. You are taken to the campaign editor where you configure: a target lead list, the sending email account, and a sequence of steps (each step is an email body + an attached Vumu video).

5. When the editor is filled in, switch the campaign from Draft to Active to start sending.

Required inputs to create a campaign

7.2 Inside the campaign editor

• Lead list — choose which list of prospects this campaign will send to.
• Sending email account — the connected inbox the email will be sent from.
• Steps — add one or more steps. Each step is a touchpoint with a subject line, body, and a Vumu video to attach. Vumu personalizes the video for every recipient automatically.
• Timing — set the wait between steps (e.g., send Step 2 three days after Step 1 if no reply).
